Choosing your art
Which print size should I choose?
Start with the space on your wall. Mark out the dimensions with paper before deciding. Our size guide compares common formats; the product page lists the sizes available for each print.
Is a frame included?
Check the selected product option and its description. A room photograph may show a frame or styling accessories that are not included. Choose an available framed option if you would like a frame, and check the total before checkout.
How do I put a gallery wall together?
Choose a common colour, mood or subject, then combine sizes around one favourite piece. Read our gallery wall guide for spacing and layout ideas.
Personalised prints
Can I try my own photograph?
Yes. The photo print editor lets you upload an image locally, adjust the crop and save a preview. The editor is currently available for previews; personalised ordering is not available yet.
Can I make a birth print?
Try our birth print preview with a name, date and birth details. Check all text carefully before saving your preview.
Delivery and support
How long does delivery take?
Our normal estimate is 3–8 days. Check the information shown for your product and destination before payment. Read the delivery information for details.
Where do you deliver?
We are preparing Printavelle for customers in the EU, USA and Canada. The destinations actually available for an order are shown at checkout.
How do I return an item?
Read our returns and refunds policy, then contact info@storboden.se with your order number for parcel-return instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email info@storboden.se with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging can help us resolve it.
How can I contact you?
Use our contact form or email info@storboden.se. Include your order number if your question concerns a purchase.
