Delivery

Our normal delivery estimate is 3–8 days from order confirmation. Production and transport are included in this estimate. Any different estimate shown for your selected product and destination before payment applies to that order.

We intend to serve the European Union, the United States and Canada. Orders can only be placed for destinations supported at checkout. Availability may vary by product, size and frame.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available delivery methods and charges are shown before you pay. If your order is sent in separate parcels, the parcels may arrive on different days. Tracking information is provided when available.

Delays or missing parcels

If your order is late or appears lost, contact info@storboden.se with your order number. We will investigate and explain your options. Where delivery cannot take place as agreed, applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available. For US orders, we will provide delay notices and obtain consent or issue refunds as required by the FTC's shipment rules.

International charges

Review the checkout information for applicable taxes and delivery charges. Any additional import charges that apply to an order must be disclosed before purchase; this policy does not authorise undisclosed charges.
